"I Am Home"
 
For a long time, I looked for "home" in the architecture of houses, the soil of a specific town, or the familiarity of a skyline. But this painting is a celebration of a different kind of arrival. It is the realization that home is not a destination I am traveling toward, it is the person I have become along the way.
"I am home" explores the idea that our truest sanctuary resides within. It is built from the rhythm of our own breath, the landscape of our thoughts, and the resilience of our bodies. No matter the distance traveled or the circumstances we face, we carry our foundation with us.
 
This piece is a quiet invitation to find rest in your own skin. It is a reminder that you are your own shelter, your own roots, and your own steady ground. Wherever you stand, you are already where you belong.
 
Visually celebrating the coral bougainvillea that thrives in one of my grandmother's home, which she reminded me of so in a recent call.
